RadonCare serves Central and Southern Alberta and Columbia-Okanagan area BC providing residential and commercial radon testing and mitigation solutions. RadonCare is a proud research partner with Evict Radon, a member of C-NRPP and the Canadian Association of Radon Scientists and Technologists, the Alberta Construction Safety Association and COR certified. Like many in the radon industry, we provide testing and mitigation, but we elevate our work by prioritizing innovation and consistently applying engineering and scientific methods. Real Estate Radon Testing: Our real estate radon tests measure radon levels using highly accurate, C-NRPP-approved professional-grade devices. Unlike home test kits, these devices are designed for commercial use and allow us to collect detailed data, including minute-by-minute measurements. This approach ensures reliable testing without causing delays during real estate transactions, providing peace of mind for both buyers and sellers. Professional Radon Testing: A professional radon test is conducted by a C-NRPP-certified measurement specialist. For residential homes, long-term testing is required, typically lasting 91 days to 12 months. This test uses an alpha track device, which is sent to a lab for processing. Results are then provided to the client. As an added benefit for Havre Teams clients, we also offer continuous radon monitors for additional peace of mind.
